What We Do

Each YAG edition is hosted in a different city, creating a truly global circuit. Locations are chosen to represent diverse regions — Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Conferences feature keynote addresses from industry leaders, technical workshops, panel discussions, research presentations, and structured networking sessions.

Every participant is selected through a merit-based application process. We do not sell tickets or offer walk-in registration.

Participants can submit original research papers, technical case studies, and project demonstrations for presentation at YAG conferences.

All submissions are reviewed by a committee of domain experts across our five thematic tracks. Acceptance is based on relevance, originality, and quality.

Accepted presenters receive dedicated presentation slots, feedback from reviewers, and the opportunity to publish abstracts in our conference proceedings.

We actively encourage cross-institutional and cross-border co-authorship, and facilitate connections between researchers working on complementary problems.

YAG's sponsorship program exists to ensure that financial constraints do not prevent qualified candidates from attending our conferences.

Full sponsorships cover conference registration, international travel (economy class), shared accommodation, visa documentation support, daily meals, and local transportation.

Partial sponsorships cover registration fees, accommodation assistance, and visa support. Travel costs remain the participant's responsibility.

Sponsorship decisions are based on demonstrated financial need, quality of application, and alignment with YAG's mission. The process is documented and transparent.
