The Initiative
Youth Advance Global (YAG) was founded with a clear purpose: to create structured, high-quality pathways for young people to engage with the global technology ecosystem — regardless of where they were born or what resources they have access to.
We organize multi-day international technology conferences in rotating cities across the world. Each edition brings together participants from dozens of countries to share research, attend workshops, and build professional networks that cross borders and disciplines.
Our conferences are not trade shows or corporate events. They are academic and professional gatherings designed around five thematic tracks — Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Data Science & Analytics, Technology Governance & Ethics, and Emerging Technologies. Every presentation is reviewed by a committee. Every participant is selected on merit.
We also operate a sponsorship program that provides full and partial financial support to candidates who demonstrate exceptional potential but face economic barriers. This includes travel, accommodation, visa documentation, and conference registration.
YAG is not a travel agency, a visa service, or a recruitment platform. It is an initiative built by people who believe that the next breakthrough in technology could come from anyone, anywhere — and that the infrastructure to support that belief should exist.
