Create Your Profile
Sign up for a free YAG account and complete your professional profile. Include your educational background, current affiliation, country, and areas of interest. A complete profile is required before you can submit an application.
Your profile helps our review committee understand your background and match you with the most relevant track and opportunities.
Browse YAG & Global Conferences
YAG actively outsources and curates international conferences, symposiums, and calls for papers from trusted global partner networks and academic feeds. Our platform personalizes every opportunity to match your exact field, research background, and mobility goals, complete with verified deadlines and sponsorship eligibility.
Instead of searching across dozens of websites, YAG outsources and aggregates external conferences worldwide alongside our flagship editions, personalizing the selection directly for you.
Submit Your Application
Choose your preferred track and role (Attendee, Presenter, or Panelist). Write a motivation statement explaining why you want to participate and what you hope to contribute. Optionally, submit a research abstract or project summary.
Applications are saved as drafts automatically, so you can leave and return at any time. Applying to a YAG conference is free, your application is submitted the moment you confirm it, no membership or payment required.
Unlock Global Opportunities (optional)
Applying to YAG conferences is free. If you also want the sourced global opportunity feed, calls for papers, deadlines, and events we gather from across the web and match to your field, a $2.99 USD/month membership unlocks it, along with a weekly digest and deadline reminders. Billed monthly, cancel anytime.
Membership is separate from applying and never required to apply or request sponsorship. See our pricing page and refund policy for billing details. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
Application Review
Every application is reviewed by our committee using a structured rubric. We evaluate relevance to the chosen track, quality of motivation statement, academic or professional background, and presentation proposals (if applicable).
Review typically takes 2–4 weeks after the application deadline closes. You will be notified by email of the decision. You can also apply for sponsorship during this period.
Join the Cohort
Accepted participants receive a detailed welcome package with logistics information, visa support documents (if needed), accommodation details, and a curated conference itinerary.
You'll join a cohort of selected participants from around the world. After the conference, you'll remain connected through the YAG alumni network.
